My product came opens and it was all over the place I have sent at least 3 emails and still no one has reached out to me . Very upset and disappointed

The oil was purchased for a friend who did not get the opportunity to utilize because it took a month to receive and she left to rerun to her count. I have no excitement for myself
I was really looking forward to my hair growing after having viewed many of the products touting to be able to grow hair and decided to take a chance on this product and I have been greatly disappointed and have wasted more money.
